Vanessa Feltz has been revealing all about her healthy sex life with her fiancé Ben Ofoedu.
The TV legend, 60, praised her partner - dubbing him a "sexual athlete" - as she opened up about the importance of being intimate in the bedroom.
Vanessa has revealed she and Ben, 49, like to "switch it up" when it comes to lovemaking, and says it would be unusual for the pair to go a week without having sex.
The broadcaster has claimed there has "never been a fallow period" throughout their relationship, thanks to keeping the spark alive with things like saucy WhatsApp messages and creating a "sexual climate".
Writing in her column in The Sun, the mum-of-two described sex as one of life's greatest pleasures - as she explained how she and her beau keep the spark alive after 16 years together.
"Ben and I will switch it up in the bedroom, too, instead of always doing the boring tried-and-tested formula," Vanessa candidly wrote.
"It might be with what I wear, or what I don't wear, the room that we're doing it in, or the position."
Revealing all about one of her recent ventures, the star recalled cooking dinner for the singer - leaving a vegetable trail into the bedroom for her beau while she was lying on the bed waiting for him.
Vanessa also praised the benefits of some saucy lingerie, while urging readers to also add a little bit of scented candlelight to their lovemaking environment.
One thing she didn't recommend was the idea of 'date nights', as she feels they're too structured and you shouldn't make sex seem 'obligatory'.
The This Morning star has been in a loving relationship with Ben for the last 16 years, with the Phats & Small singer popping the question back in 2006 - a year after first meeting each other.
Speaking earlier this year, Vanessa admitted she is reluctant to tie the knot once again, after going through a painful divorce with her first husband.
Despite being loved up with Ben, Vanessa admitted her divorce from her doctor ex-husband Michael Kurer 21 years ago made her "wary of getting married again."
The BBC Radio 2 host married Michael Kurer in 1985 and the former couple welcomed daughters Allegra and Saskia into the world before their divorce in 2000.
Their split occurred when former Celebrity Big Brother contestant Vanessa discovered the doctor was cheating on her via newspaper reports.
Speaking to OK! magazine, the TV presenter confessed split from the father of her children derailed her "to the most terrific extent" and has made her "reluctant" to embark on a second marriage.
"I was so shocked and broken-hearted and rocked to my absolute core," she confessed last month.
"It makes you wary of getting married again. The marriage seemed to be so disposable - it could just be chucked down the toilet in 10 seconds flat, even though I didn’t want it to be and I didn’t realise there was any trouble with it or problems."
