Vandals have carried out a series of attacks on beach toilets which received more than £400,000 investment to make them more accessible to the public.
East Lothian Council is appealing for help catching those behind the incidents which saw one public toilet forced to close and another nearly set alight.
The most recent attack at Longniddry Bent No1 car park saw graffiti sprayed across the doors and walls of the refurbished toilet block, rubbish strewn around the grounds and a fire lit near the door of the loos which were locked for the night at the time.

However the council said Gullane Bents toilets and shower block, which have only been open a few months, have been targeted while open.
On one occasion the toilets were blocked by vandals and had to be closed to the public for repairs.
On another the shower block suffered damage inside as well.
The local authority received around £412,000 from the Scottish Government's Rural Tourism Infrastructure Fund to invest in the facilities at the two popular East Lothian visitor spots
A spokesperson for the council said: "These incidents are really disappointing. We are appealing to anyone who sees anything suspicious to call the Police on 101."
