Valorant Episode 7 patch notes: new game mode and Agent Deadlock joins the roster

Valorant Episode 7 Act 1 is here and brings some seriously exciting new additions to the game, including a new agent and a new game mode.

Valorant's latest season is here in the form of Valorant Episode 7 Act 1. This new season not only introduces the new nanowire-enhanced Agent Deadlock, making her debut as the game's 23rd Agent, we've also got the brand new Team Deathmatch game mode which brings three new maps to the game.

Deadlock is available now and will be part of the limited recruitment event which allows you to unlock the character with Valorant Points or XP. After this event ends, you'll be able to unlock her using Kingdom Credits. However, Xbox Game Pass subscribers will be able to use Deadlock free of charge as long as their subscription is active.
