Val Russell is to stand down as CEO of Ayrshire's Chamber of Commerce this summer.
It follows almost 23 years of service, 11 of which were spent at the helm of the organisation.
During her tenure, the chamber has risen to become third-largest in Scotland, with Val's input hailed as "instrumental" in the growth of business projects across the region.
