Vadodara: Four cancer patients undergo bone marrow transplant at SSG Hospital

VADODARA: Four patients have undergone bone marrow transplant at Central Gujarat’s biggest government facility SSG Hospital in the last month.

“This is for the first time that autologous stem cell/bone marrow transplant of four patients has been done in state medical college of Gujarat,” said Dr Meet Kumar, a haemato-oncologist from a private hospital in Gurgaon and a visiting oncologist at SSG Hospital.
