Vadilal Industries, the ice cream and frozen desserts maker, faces a change in its domestic distribution arrangement after Vadilal Enterprises informed the company that it cannot renew their 10-year sales and distribution agreement on the existing terms.
The agreement, signed in September 2016 and set to expire on September 30, 2026, has been the principal route through which Vadilal Industries’ products are sold and distributed domestically in India.
