Uttarakhand: Laksar’s AAP candidate files complaint against BSP rival

ROORKEE: AAP candidate from Laksar assembly seat, Mohammad Yusuf, has filed a complaint with police against BSP candidate Mohammad Shahzad for circulating an objectionable video on social media against him during campaigning.

Yusuf, a 44-year-old medical practitioner, has alleged that Shahzad called him a “bikau” (sellable) politician who had secretly been supporting the BJP candidate from the seat. Police have booked Shahzad in this connection.
