Lucknow: A 17-year-old taekwondo player's head was chopped off with a sword allegedly by his neighbour in Uttar Pradesh's Jaunpur district over a land dispute on Wednesday, police said.
Two people have been taken into custody but the alleged assailaint is on the run and officials said efforts are on to trace him.
According to Dynamite News Correspondent, the deceased has been identified as Anurag, 17, son of Ramjeet Yaday. The incident occured in Badshahpur police station area of Kabruddinpur village.

He was attacked while brushing
Anurag was brushing his teeth outside his home when his neighbour, identified as Lalta Yadav, allegedly severed his head. Later, the attacker fled from the spot.
Land dispute
Police said: The land dispute has been going on for 40 to 45 years. Two people from one of the parties attacked the opposite side and one person was killed.

Some of the accused have been taken into custody and are being questioned in connection with the matter, the police added.
The victim, who was studying in 12th standard, was a taekwondo player and had won medals at different state and national-level tournamnets in the sport.
