Uttar Pradesh minister reviews preparations ahead of groundbreaking event in Lucknow on June 3

LUCKNOW: With a week left for the third ground-breaking ceremony, scheduled to be held in Lucknow on June 3, industrial development minister Nand Gopal Nandi visited the venue at Indira Gandhi Pratishthan on Friday to review the arrangements being made for the event.

The minister held a meeting with all officials and then surveyed the venue to take stock of the arrangements. Prime Minister Narendra Modi, who will be the chief guest at the event, will perform the ceremony digitally to simultaneously kickstart around 2,000 projects with an investment of Rs 75,000 crore.

“The minister reviewed VVIPs seating plan and other arrangements. He then inspected every site at the venue associated with the event, how VVIPs and VIPs, including industrialists, will be welcomed, refreshments, arrangements for the media, entry and exit plan into the venue etc,” an official said,.
