Uttar Pradesh: Gram pradhan, aides arrested in hooch deaths cases

LUCKNOW: With the arrest of seven people including a gram pradhan, Rae Bareli police on Wednesday claimed to have busted a gang which supplied illicit liquor leading to death of 11 people in Maharajganj area of Rae Bareli.

Those arrested were identified as Vinay Jaiswal, Anil Jaiswal, Sandeep Jaiswal, Ajit Singh alias Annu Verma, Akhand Pratap Singh alias Rajan, Kunwar Praveen Singh alias Ketan and Arshad. They were arrested on an informer’s tip-off from Maharajganj.
