Uttar Pradesh: Dharam Singh Saini’s bid to rejoin BJP hits a roadblock

LUCKNOW: Former minister Dharam Singh Saini's attempt to make a re-entry into the BJP hit a roadblock on Wednesday following objections by local leaders and a minister. Saini had quit the BJP before the 2022 UP elections to join the Samajwadi Party.

Saini was expected to rejoin the saffron party in the presence of Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, who was in Khatauli Vidhan Sabha constituency to address a rally for the bypoll on Wednesday.
