Uttar Pradesh: Class eighth girl ends life, postmortem confirms pregnancy

Pregnancy Gorakhpur Police Suicide

GORAKHPUR: A class 8th girl committed suicide in Gorakhpur on Sunday. The postmortem report that came on Monday confirmed that she was pregnant. On the complaint of the girl's mother police have registered a case against a criminal who used to tease the girl, and launched a search for him.

On Monday, SSP Gaurav Grover met the girl's mother at her home and gave assurance of action.
