LUCKNOW: Even as the campaigning for Ghosi bypolls came to a close on Sunday, the UP BJP lodged a complaint with the Election Commission of India (ECI), accusing the Samajwadi Party of influencing the voters, especially Dalits and Muslims, by bribing them.
The party demanded the commission to direct the district electoral officer (DM) and SP of Mau to take strict action on the complaint and check Samajwadi Party bid to vitiate the electoral atmosphere in Ghosi.
