Uttar Pradesh: 64,128 loudspeakers removed in 2 weeks

LUCKNOW: Continuing its drive against unauthorised use of loudspeakers on the directives of Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, the Uttar Pradesh police has pulled down 64,128 loudspeakers in the last two weeks from places of worship belonging to different communities.

During the same period, volume of 57,352 loudspeakers was also lowered.
