Shares of Utkarsh Small Finance Bank jumped 7% to Rs 14.47 on the BSE on Wednesday after the company released its provisional business update for the second quarter of FY2027, reporting a 55% jump in total disbursements from the same period last year.

Utkarsh Small Finance Bank released its Q2 business update in the post-market hours on Tuesday, announcing that its total disbursements stood at Rs 3,525 crore during the July-September quarter of FY27. This marks a sharp 55% surge from the Rs 2,275 crore reported in the second quarter of FY26. Sequentially, total disbursements grew nearly 5% quarter on quarter from Rs 3,370 crore reported in Q1 of the same financial year.
