Utah Records a WeekNo New Measles Cases, but the 42-Day Clock Has Not Started

Utah, which is carrying the nation's largest active measles outbreak at 514 cases in 2026, did not report any new cases over the past week.

That is the first genuinely encouraging data point the state has produced in some time. It is also not evidence that the outbreak is over, and Utah has not said it is.
