FORT WORTH, Texas — The United States Hispanic Chamber of Commerce's 47th Annual National Conference is now inside its final planning stretch, set to open September 14 and run through September 16 at the Fort Worth Convention Center. Since organizers first named Fort Worth as host, the event has moved from a bare announcement to a fully mapped-out three-day program, complete with named sessions, assigned speakers and specific start times — a level of detail that simply wasn't public even a few months ago.
