US visa fraud: Andhra man admits to faking Rs 1.2 crore net worth, degree, and job for US Embassy

Embassy United States Police New Delhi Vijayawada Andhra Pradesh

Delhi Police have registered an FIR against a 25-year-old man from Andhra Pradesh for allegedly submitting forged education, employment, bank and net-worth documents while applying for a US non-immigrant visa, according to a report by The Times of India.

The complaint was received by Chanakyapuri police on August 8, a day after the man appeared at the US Embassy in Delhi for his visa interview.
