The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) has brought settled fraud charges against Adit Ventures Management, its founder Eric Munson and three partners over alleged misconduct involving pre-IPO investments in companies including Klarna and SpaceX, Reuters reported.
SEC said on Monday that Adit Ventures allegedly used false claims and promises to attract investors to funds managed by the firm and improperly used client money for its own benefit.
