US Sees Progress In Ceasefire Talks Between Hezbollah And Israel

White House national security advisor Jake Sullivan stated on Monday that there is no final agreement yet on a draft ceasefire deal between Hezbollah and Israel. However, Sullivan expressed optimism, noting that progress is being made in the negotiations. Both the Lebanese and Israeli sides have shown a willingness to reach an agreement promptly.

Regarding Gaza, Sullivan mentioned that Israel has agreed to establish a new route for daily aid deliveries into the region. This decision has resulted in a noticeable increase in the amount of aid being provided to the area. Sullivan emphasized that while there has been progress, Israel still has room for improvement in terms of aid distribution.
