US releases H-1B visa pilot program only for Indians and Canadians; all that you need to know

The US officials have officially announced the eligibility criteria and application specifics for the H-1B non-immigrant visa renewal pilot program. If reports are to go by, the process is scheduled to commence in January 2024, and will begin with a quota of 20,000 individuals, exclusively open to Indians and Canadians based on the outlined eligibility requirements.
