Three American cops have been suspended after footage showing a man being beaten to a pulp was shared online.
The man on the ground is Randall Worcester, 27, who was seized after allegedly making threats to a shop worker in Mulberry, Arkansas on Sunday morning, it has been reported.
The clip showed the moment three burly officers pinned him down and punched him repeatedly in the head.
One of the officers was also seen smashing his knee into the man's abdomen over and over again.
Cops said after approaching Worcester, the 27-year-old became aggressive and pushed a deputy to the ground before striking him in the back of the head.
At one point in the clip, which Mirror.co.uk decided not to share due to its graphic nature, an officer was seen lifting Worcester's head and bashing it on the ground.
While the vicious assault was taking place, the officers pulled his hood over his face so he can't see while they beat him.
They eventually realised they're being recorded and shout at the person recording the footage.
The attackers were two deputies for the Crawford County Sheriff's department and an officer from nearby Mulberry.
The forces confirmed three had been suspended, but their identities are yet to be revealed.
Naomi Jackson uploaded the clip to Snapchat after her sister saw the incident unfold and sent it to her, according to the MailOnline.
In the hours after the attack, Crawford County Sheriff Jimmy Damante issued a statement confirming the suspensions, adding that probes had been launched by state cops and the sheriff's office itself.
Damante said: "I hold all my employees accountable for their actions and will take appropriate measures in this matter."
Mulberry Police Chief Shannon Gregory - who suspended the officer for her department - said the force "takes these investigations very seriously" as she shared news of their suspension.
