The U.S. military has reported another deadly strike on a vessel suspected of drug trafficking in the eastern Pacific Ocean, resulting in the deaths of two men. This incident marks the second such operation in as many days.
U.S. Southern Command released a video on social media depicting a boat being engulfed by an explosion, with smoke and fire visible in the aftermath. Just a day prior, a similar strike in the same region targeted an alleged drug vessel, killing one man and leaving two survivors. Southern Command stated it "immediately notified the U.S. Coast Guard to activate the Search and Rescue system for the survivors."
