The race for control of the US House of Representatives remains tight, with Republicans one seat away from claiming a majority after Democrats retained the Senate.
Republicans are close to taking the house, with 217 seats compared to the Democrats' 205.
A party needs 218 for a majority.

On Monday, Republicans flipped a Democratic seat in the house, with former Happy Valley mayor Lori Chavez-DeRemer winning Oregon's 5th District house seat, defeating progressive Democrat Jamie McLeod-Skinner.
Andrea Salinas also claimed victory for the Democrats in Oregon's 6th District house seat, beating Republican Mike Erickson.
The Republicans secured more house seats on Tuesday, with David Schweikert defeating Jevin Hodge in Arizona's District 1, and Juan Ciscomani claiming the Arizona District 6 seat.
Ken Calvert also defeated Democrat Will Rollins to claim California's District 41, Michelle Steel beat Democrat Jay Chen to claim California District 45, and Brandon Williams won New York District 22 against Francis Conole.
Democrats still lead in a number of other races.

Senate overall
Senator Catherine Cortez Masto's re-election in Nevada over the weekend secured the Democrats' 50th Senate seat, defeating Republican challenger Adam Laxalt.
Some results are still unclear though, with a runoff election scheduled in Georgia, and two Republican candidates still battling it out in Alaska.
Governor races
Democrat Katie Hobbs has been elected Arizona governor, defeating Kari Lake, an ally of Donald Trump who falsely claimed the 2020 election was rigged.
Lake has refused to say she would accept the results of her race this year.
Votes are still being counted in Alaska, where incumbent Republican Mike Dunleavy is ahead.
