The call came as Trump is weighing military action against Iranian energy infrastructure in response to Tehran's missile strike on a US base in Jordan and its continued disruption of shipping through the Strait of Hormuz. While the US President is said to be seriously considering the strikes, he has not yet issued final orders, the report said.
