US energy secretary says war against Iran will be over ‘within next few weeks’

US energy secretary Chris Wright believes the Iran war will end “within the next few weeks”.
Wright made the comments in an interview for ABC’s This Week, and claimed oil prices will drop once the conflict in the Middle East is over.
Wright added that the war could be over “sooner”, despite Israeli military saying it is planning for at least three more weeks of operations in Iran.
Meanwhile, President Trump has said the US is “not ready” to strike a ceasefire deal with Iran.
He told NBC on Saturday that “the terms aren’t good enough yet”.
