A popular Tesco pasta sauce is unsafe for people allergic to milk, the Food Safety Authority of Ireland has urgently warned.
The FSAI issued the notice today, stating that Tesco's Arrabbiata Sweet and Spicy sauce contains milk without this actually being declared on the list of ingredients.
The pack size of the affected batch is 350g and the use by date is March 2, 2023. The FSAI said: "The above batch of Tesco Arrabbiata Sweet and Spicy sauce may contain milk which is not declared in the list of ingredients.

"This may make the batch unsafe for consumers who are allergic to or intolerant of milk."
