An urgent search has been launched to trace missing two teens believed to be in each other's company after one sustained a potentially serious leg injury.
Police are trying to locate 15-year-old Jamie Marc Walker, also known as Broadie, who was reported missing from the Mossview Crescent area of Airdrie around 6.30pm on Saturday.
Jamie was last seen in the Alexandra Parade area of Dennistoun around 11pm last night, where he suffered a potentially serious leg injury.
Jamie was with Courtney Molloy, 14, who has also been reported missing from the Kintyre Drive area of Coatbridge and was last seen around 10.30pm on Saturday. It is unclear if they are still together.
Jamie is described as being 5ft 11 and of slim build, with short dark hair. When he was last seen, he was wearing a grey hoodie and black jacket.
Courtney is described as being around 5ft 3, with brown hair. When she last seen, she was wearing a light-blue long jumper dress with a black belt, a black and red jacket and black knee-high boots.
There is significant concern regarding the welfare of both of the missing teens, particularly for Jamie as he is known to have sustained an injury.
