Police are appealing for help to find a woman who vanished overnight after last being seen near a hospital in Elgin. Carol Russell has been reported missing after failing to make contact with concerned loved ones.
Investigators say the 50-year-old was last spotted near Dr Gray’s Hospital at around 8pm on Wednesday, July 13. She is described as being white, around 5ft7in tall, with long brown hair, which is usually plaited.
She was last seen wearing a white dress with a red cardigan and flip flops. Officers believe she is still in the Moray area.
