Police have issued an urgent appeal to find a man last seen nine days ago. Scott Arnott, 53, was last sighted at the Travellers Rest Inn, Grasmere, at around 1pm on October 21.
In an appeal by Cumbria Police, the force has said that he has links to Trafford and Sale. They shared a picture of Scott, showing him wearing a blue hoodie, which had hundreds of shares on social media.
Police have said they are concerned for his welfare and that anyone with any information about his whereabouts should contact the force.
In their appeal, Cumbria Police wrote: "Have you seen missing Scott Arnott? Officers are concerned for the welfare of missing 53-year-old Scott who was last seen at the Travellers Rest Inn, Grasmere on 21st October at 1pm.
"Scott has links to Sale and Trafford in Manchester. Anyone with information on the whereabouts of Scott or have seen him should contact police on 101. Officers would also like to urge Scott contact this number if he sees this appeal."
