Urgent appeal for Scottish woman missing for almost a week

OFFICERS are appealing for the public's assistance to trace a 34-year-old woman missing from Gartcosh.

Stephanie Bauld was last seen around 2am on Sunday, March 23, in the Coronation Place area of the village and was reported missing to officers on Friday, March 28.

She is described as white, around 5ft 6ins, of slim build, with long dark brown hair.

Bauld has tattoos on both arms, including a distinctive skull design on her right forearm. It is not known what she is wearing.

Sergeant Stephen McBride said: "We are growing increasingly concerned for Stephanie's welfare and are appealing to anyone who may have seen her or knows of her whereabouts to come forward."

Anyone with information is asked to contact Police Scotland on 101, quoting incident number 1982 of Friday, March 28, 2025.
