UPDATE - Avon and Somerset Police said Jack has been found safe and well. Officers have thanked the public for their help in finding him.
Police are appealing for help as they search for a missing 13-year-old in the Bradley Stoke area of Bristol. Jack is described around 5ft 11ins and 'skinny' - police have said they are 'concerned' about his welfare.
Officers have said was wearing an orange jumper and blue jeans and is believed to be on foot.
In a post on Twitter, a spokesperson for Avon and Somerset Police said: "Have you seen Jack, 13, missing from #BradleyStoke?
"We're concerned for his welfare. He's about 5ft 11ins & "skinny" with brown hair & was wearing an orange jumper & blue jeans. He's believed to be on foot. If you know where Jack is, pls call 999 giving log no 846 of today."
