Second seeds Ulster and seventh seeds Connacht will kick off the BKT URC quarter-final schedule at Kingspan Stadium on Friday, May 5 with a 7.35pm kick-off, and with the clash televised live by TG4.
The other three games take place the following day and top seeds Leinster will host the Cell C Sharks (seeded eight) at 5pm at the Aviva Stadium, the venue where the Blues host Toulouse in the Champions Cup semi-finals next Saturday.
Also on Saturday, May 6, fifth seeds Munster will travel to Scotstoun to face Glasgow Warriors (seeded fourth) with a 7.35pm kick-off.

Both the Leinster and Munster games will be broadcast live by RTE.
Earlier the same day, DHL Stormers (third seeds) and Vodacom Bulls (sixth seeds) meet in a rematch of last season's URC Grand Final and the South African sides will clash at DHL Stadium at 2.30pm. TG4 will show the game live.
The semi-finals will take place on the weekend of May 12/13 and the final on Saturday, May 27 at the venue of the highest-ranked team to have qualified for the decider.
