Urban Vault sub-leases 16K sq ft office space in Gurugram to electric ride-hailing firm Green SM

Coworking solutions firm Urban Vault has given on sub-lease 16,000 sq ft office space in Gurugram to Green SM, the electric ride-hailing service backed by Vietnam's Vingroup.

Bengaluru-based Urban Vault currently has a portfolio of over 2.80 million sq ft, comprising more than 70,000 seats across 80 locations. It primarily has a presence in Bengaluru, Pune and Gurugram.
