Updated look at the AFC playoff picture after Browns’ win over Bears

If you had told me the Cleveland Browns would have lost running back Nick Chubb, quarterback Deshaun Watson, and 15 other key players and they were still in a position to make the playoffs after a Week 15 win over the Chicago Bears, I would have laughed. If you had told me that former rival quarterback Joe Flacco was leading their charge I would have awkwardly walked away.

Yet that is where we sit as the Browns now hold a record of 9-5 with just three weeks to go. They currently have a nearly 90 percent chance to make the playoffs, and continuously fight for a full 60 minutes week in and week out. Traveling to take on the Houston Texans next, the Browns have an opportunity to punch their ticket.

As a result, where do the Browns currently sit in the AFC playoff picture? Here is an updated look at the AFC playoff picture as the Browns continue to establish themselves as a team to fear.
