What happens when the Demon King is paired with a small human child? Well, that's the general premise of Damon and Baby, a new action-adventure that combines exploration with twin stick shooting. There will be enemies to face, environmental puzzles to solve, and various weapons and skills to master. Plus, you can play with a pal as it supports local two-player co-op.
Life is Strange: Reunion

Life is Strange: Reunion is the next chapter in the iconic adventure series, and its also set to finally finish Max and Chloe's story once and for all. Announced on January 20, 2026, the new PC game will have you controlling both characters as you have to solve a mystery involving a deadly fire. Using time travelling abilities to find clues and solve puzzles, the game looks to be a fun narrative ride. Pre-orders are also live now if you fancy grabbing a bonus as well.
Darwin's Paradox!

Darwin's Paradox! is new this adventure platformer where you play as you play as a clever octopus who finds himself plucked out of the sea and thrown into a strange, industrial complex full of dangers. Making use of his nimble movements and abilities to camouflage, you'll soon find yourself wrapped up in a mysterious conspiracy.
Clean Up Earth

Personally, I'm a big fan of multiplayer clean-up games (Viscera Cleanup Detail still holds a special place in my heart). So, when I saw the upcoming PC game, Clean Up Earth, I was immediately intrigued, and honestly, you should be too. In this title, you have to clean up the environment and restore nature back to its former glory. The premise is obviously very timely with the current climate crisis, and it looks very relaxing as well. Sign me up.
People of Note

People of Note is an upcoming turn-based RPG that has you taking on the role of the rising popstar Cadence as she gathers a group of different musicians in her quest to reach the very top. Combat in this one is rhythm-based, and you'll have to explore musical team synergy as you progress through the story. People of Note seems very fun from the trailers I've seen so far, and also looks to be filled with personality.
Replaced

Replaced is a new 2.5D cinematic action platformer that takes place in a cyberpunk, neon-tinted alternate take on 1980s America. Playing as an AI trapped in a human body against its will, you'll head out into the streets to try and root out a corporation's agenda and uncover the reason for your own creation.
Mouse P.I. For Hire
Developer: Fumi Games
Release date: April 16, 2026
Mouse P.I. For Hire is one for all you Cuphead fans who also love a good shooter. This upcoming PC game is a stylish boomer shooter where you'll have to navigate a black and white 1930s cartoony world as Private Investigator Jack Pepper. From the clips we've seen so far, this one has plenty of fast-paced action that builds on that old-school slapstick humor.
Cthulhu: The Cosmic Abyss

Cthulhu: The Cosmic Abyss is about to submerge us in horror as we're propelled into the futuristic year of 2053. As investigator Noah, you'll delve below the Pacific ocean to look into some miners who've gone missing in the watery depths. But as you explore, Cthulhu's influence will come into play.
Masters of Albion

PC really is King when it comes to city builders and God games, and luckily for us, we'll be getting a brand new one in April. Masters of Albion will have you building up a medieval community by day and facing off against monsters laying siege by night, mixing strategy mechanics with management, and tower defence styles of gameplay. Albion is yours to reshape, but it can crumble by your hands as well. So, proceed wisely if you decide to pick this one up.

Snufkin: Melody of Moominvalley was one of the most wholesome games of 2024, so needless to say, I'm very excited about the creator's next venture into Moomin Valley, Moomintroll: Winter's Warmth. In this new adventure game, Moomintroll has woken up early from hibernation and now gets to experience winter as well as being by himself for the first time. The art for this title looks so cozy and beautiful, as if it were taken out of a storybook. I'm also sure we'll get a story that feels like a warm hug. Moomintroll: Winter's Warmth is firmly on my Steam wishlist and it should be on yours as well.
Aphelion

Aphelion is a sci-fi action adventure set in the near future where humans are searching for hospitable worlds to inhabit. That goal will lead you to a frozen ice planet as protagonist Ariane, who gets separated from her crewmate Thomas after crash landing on the alien world. Made up in chapters, you'll play as both Ariane and Thomas as you explore and face a threatening foe in the Nemesis.
Inkonbini: One Store. Many Stories

What better way to celebrate a new year than with a new scary interactive story? That's right, Until Dawn and The Dark Pictures Anthology developer Supermassive Games has another horror game in the works. This time, we'll be flung into a sci-fi spooky take with a story reminiscent of some of the best horror movies like The Thing and Alien. In this new PC game, a crew wakes up from stasis unexpectedly, only to find that their ship has been invaded by an alien who can mimic its prey (where is Kurt Russel when you need him, right?). Like all other Supermassive Games experiences, the main objective is survival here.
Forza Horizon 6

Forza Horizon 6 is set to come our way in 2026, and it's going to let us get behind the wheel in Japan. Officially revealed during Tokyo Game Show 2025, the next entry in the racing series promises to bring us the biggest map yet, and it will feature Tokyo city as one of its landmark locations.
Coffee Talk Tokyo

The first Coffee Talk game took the cozy community by storm when it released back in 2020. So, of course, we are excited for a new café with a cast of new colorful characters in Coffee Talk Tokyo. Like in the first game, you'll get to listen to your customers' stories while also designing and serving cute beverages that meet their tastes. It's a very laid-back experience, and the perfect new game for folks looking for a relaxing time.
Paralives

Set to launch in Early Access, Paralives is a new upcoming life sim that's sure to speak to fans of games like The Sims. In an open-world town, you can create your own Parafolk in an extensive "Paramaker" character creation suite, build up your own home, and make a life for yourself as you have your own career, get to know the locals, and maybe even have a family.

Lego Batman: The Legacy of the Dark Knight

We are getting a new Lego Batman game and this time Warner Bros. is adapting Nolan's beloved Dark Knight trilogy. Like all Lego games, expect easter eggs, plenty of humor, and an all-new open Gotham to explore in your free time. Gothic 1 Remake

Denshattack!

Denshattack! is new, colorful 3D skating platformer with its own unique twist. Set in a dystopian alternate take on Japan, you perform tricks and ride the rails through various locations as a customizable Japanese train. Complete with boss battles, you'll work to build up your reputation in the underground network as you move in style.
The Adventures of Elliot: The Millennium Tales

Out of most of the upcoming RPGs coming out in 2026, The Adventures of Elliot: The Millennium Tales ranks in the top three I'm most excited about getting my hands on. This is a time-travelling kind of story where you follow the adventurer Elliot and his fairy sidekick Faie on their quest to lift the curse on Princess Heuria of Huther. The art style is very much giving Octopath Traveller vibes, and I'm personally very intrigued by the concept that we'll be multiple ages of fictional history here.
Beast of Reincarnation

Coming our way in 2026 is a brand new game from Game Freak, an action RPG with soulslike elements called Beast of Reincarnation. In this stunning new world, a mysterious beast is spreading blight across the land, and it's up to Emma the Sealer to pursue and stop it once and for all. From the upcoming PC game's trailer, it looks like Emma will have plenty of bosses to take down as she and her white wolf companion travel around the setting.
Marvel: TOKON Fighting Souls

Over the last few years, we've been spoiled when it comes to the best Marvel games, especially those in the fighting genre and online space (looking at you Marvel Rivals). And excitingly, Marvel: TOKON Fighting Souls is about to enter the fray. In this new team fighter, you'll get the chance to assemble a squad of classic comic book characters in 4v4 matches.
Metal Gear Solid Collection Vol. 2

One of the most exciting announcements from the February State of Play showcase was the upcoming release of a new Metal Gear Solid Collection. Bringing together the HD versions of Metal Gear Solid 4: Guns of the Patriots and Metal Gear Solid: Peace Walker, it also includes a master book that offers insights into the story and characters.
Halloween: The Game

Developed on Unreal Engine 5, Halloween: The Game is a new multiplayer sandbox survival horror based on the classic 1978 movie. You can either play as Michael Myers as you hunt down other players, or one of the heroes of Haddonfield who has to alert the residents and get them to safety as you also try to survive. With John Carpenter on board as executive producer, you can also experience a standalone, single-player story mode which is explored from Myers' point-of-view.
Phantom Blade 0

Phantom Blade 0 is a hack-n-slash RPG that's "the spiritual rebirth of the original Rainblood". It's an Unreal Engine 5 creation, which allows it to be much larger and richer than the source material, without losing its core. Set in the Phantom World, you'll blend Chinese Kungfu, with occult arts, and other powers that make Phantom Blade 0 a little different. You play as assassin, Soul, who's been framed for murdering the patriarch of a powerful organization known only as The Order.

Calling all goth gamers and vampire fans, we have a new Castlevania heading our way. Castlevania: Belmont's Curse was announced during the February State of Play showcase and will be dropping sometime this year on PC. In this new Metroidvania, you play as Belmont’s successor, as you go on your vampire-hunting ways throughout 1499 Paris. There is a new art style, new abilities and the iconic whip is back and now more important than ever as it'll help you move around levels and obstacles too. It's all very exciting.
Kena: Scars of Kosmora

Well, it's official, we are getting a sequel to the 2021 game Kena: Bridge of Spirits sometime this year. Kena: Scars of Kosmora will see you meet Kena as an accomplished spirit guide. Building on what came before, you'll follow her as she ventures to a mysterious island called Kosmora in search of answers.
Silent Hill: Townfall

Clockwork Revolution

One of the coolest-looking upcoming PC games is Clockwork Revolution, a "time-bending" first-person RPG that resembles BioShock Infinite. Set in a steampunk metropolis known as Avalon, you come across an invention that allows you travel back to key moments, where your interactions and choices will have butterfly effect on the narrative and the world around you.
Tears of Metal

Tears of Metal screams "freedom" as its clans descend on the battlefield in a roguelike co-op hack 'n slash. The almost comic-book art style hides brutal skirmishes between legions of medieval Scottish fighters, but there's a common enemy afoot. A fiery meteor has crashed into a distant island, and our battalions are facing an oncoming invasion like no other.
Control Resonant

Control Resonant is officially set to follow-up from Control, only this time, you'll be playing as Jesse Faden's brother, Dylan, who's been held by the FBC (Federal Bureau of Control) for years. Now released and tasked with looking into a cosmic entity, you'll venture through a warped Manhattan and use Dylan's supernatural abilities to face threats.
Star Wars: Galactic Racer

Tomb Raider: Legacy of Atlantis

Witchbrook

Witchbrook is new magic school life sim from Wargoove and Eastward publisher Chucklefish that's set to bring us to the cozy seaside city of Mossport. There, you'll be able to enroll in Witchbrook college and take lessons to master the magical arts. You can also spend your time growing your own garden, decorating your cottage, and more. Complete with four-player online co-op support, this is one adventure that promises to cast a spell over us.
Clive Barker's Hellraiser: Revival

Get ready for one of the most gory upcoming PC games on the roster. Clive Barker's Hellraiser: Revival is a new first-person survival horror game from the mind of the film franchise's original creator himself, set to take us to a blood-soaked world of torturous pleasures and cenobites at every turn. We're still waiting on a release date for the new Hellraiser game, but you can check out our hands-on preview to see all the grisly details for yourself.
Hell Let Loose: Vietnam

Hell Let Loose: Vietnam is a new 50v50 multiplayer FPS set during the Vietnam war. Choosing to play as either the North Vietnamese Army or the US Armed Forces, you'll team up with other players as one of 19 specialized roles. Across six large maps, you'll have to work together to complete objectives and try to secure victory against the opposing side.
Warhammer 40,000: Dawn of War 4

King Art Games is officially bringing us a new RTS game set in the Warhammer 40K universe with Warhammer 40,000: Dawn of War 4. You'll have to develop your base, build up their army, and stop your rivals from doing the same thing. Currently, we don't have a firm release date just yet, but we do know that there are four factions to play at launch, all with their own campaigns.
Lords of the Fallen 2

Revealed for the first time during Gamescom Opening Night Live 2025, we finally got word of the long-awaited sequel to Lord of the Fallen. Set 100 years after the events of the first game, the sequel will see you explore a shattered kingdom and try to take down a god. Promising intense soulslike combat and plenty of nightmarish creatures, you'll able to harness the power of an umbral lamp to cross between the realms of the living and the dead.
Subnautica 2
Developer: Unknown Worlds

Subnautica 2 is a new underwater adventure that's set to follow on from the event of the first game, as well as Subnautica: Below Zero and Natural Selection. Currently slated to launch in Early Access in 2026, it was originally set to arrive in 2025 before big leadership changes at the studio that was followed by news of its amended launch window.
The Blood of Dawnwalker

The Blood of Dawnwalker is an exciting new RPG from newly formed studio Rebel Wolves - which is made of former The Witcher devs. Set in a 14th-century Europe that's rife with plague and conflict, you take on the role of Coen, a half-human, half-vampire, who sets out to try and save his family. Whether you embrace your vampiric powers or your humanity is up to you as you face various foes. Said to be the start of a new saga, this looks set to be one new RPG to watch out for.
Grave Seasons

Grave Seasons puts a horror-spin on the farming sim formula by getting you to root out the supernatural serial killer who calls the town you're in home. As you grow crops, fish and mine, you'll have the chance to develop romantic relationships if you so choose as you set out to help the locals and uncover the truth. Who you get to know and develop bonds with will matter as you can even romance the killer.
Neverway

Neverway is a new horror life sim RPG that sees you take on the role of Fiona. After quitting her dead-end job, she moves away and begins a new life on a farm. Only, things take a turn when she becomes the immortal herald to a dead god. Now in a nightmarish reality, you'll have to uncover mysteries while you try to keep your farm going. You'll also be able to spend your time getting to know the locals, and maybe even date one of them if you so choose.
Chronicles Medieval

The debut game from Raw Power Games, Chronicles: Medieval looks like the first game to truly bring competition to Mount and Blade's specific blend of strategy and action. A brutal war game set in medieval Europe, Chronicles: Medieval was revealed with a trailer narrated by Tom Hardy and looks set to bring us the sort of blend of big-picture strategy and moment-to-moment action that's kept PC players hooked on Total War for years – albeit with much more direct stabbing.
Blighted
Developer: Drinkbox Studios

Metroidvania get ready because Silksong isn't the only title heading to PC. However, this offering is only heading our way in 2026. Blighted is a "psychedelic western nightmare" from Drinkbox Studios that takes place in a sort of isometric perspective (think Hades). You'll get the chance to experience a colourful adventure either solo or with up to three friends. From the clips we've seen, the art is stunning, and the co-op action looks to be especially engaging.
Out of Words

Out of Words is a new co-op adventure that you can play with a pal online with cross-platform support, or locally in couch co-op. Taking on the role of either Kurt or Karla, you'll venture through a world entirely made by hand with a distinct puppet-like style, where you'll have to work together to save the wonderland you're in.
Mortal Shell 2
Developer: Cold Symmetry
Release date: TBC 2026
Mortal Shell 2 is a standalone sequel to the 2021 game that will bring us more soulslike action RPG goodness in 2026. Set in an interconnected open-world that expands on the original experience, you can expect high-stakes battles, a more in-depth combat system with various skills and abilities, and more exploration.
Infinitesimals

Set to come to PC on the Epic Game store, Infinitesimals sees you take on the role of the leader of an alien squadron who lands on a mysterious planet and gets stranded. As the size of an insect in this place, the world towers over you, and you'll have to navigate is massive dangers as you search for your team.
End of Abyss

Taking on the role of a combat technician called Cal, End of Abyss is a dark new action-adventure that will see you delve down into the depths of an underground compound. As you explore derelict areas to investigate mysterious disturbances, you'll face strange creatures that aren't human. Along the way, you'll have to improve your gear and just try to stay alive in facility you'll soon find yourself trapped in.
Game of Thrones: War for Westeros

Were you annoyed with the ending of the Game of Thrones TV show, and can't wait for George RR Martin to finally finish Winds of Winter (not that we're doubting)? Game of Thrones: War for Westeros puts the power in your hands to decide what happens after winter finally comes, this RTS Strategy asking you to play strategist – "you decide who lives, and who dies". This is teased in the reveal trailer by showing a clash between Jon Snow and the White Walkers' Night King, having Jon win at first, then showing a version where it's reversed.
Fable

Playground's upcoming RPG, Fable, is a reboot from Forza Horizon developer, Playground Games. With some familiar returning features such as purchasable properties, marriage, and jobs (including blacksmithing), it will be drawing us into an open-world Albion as a hero of our own making. It will still, of course, feature that crass, tongue-in-cheek British sense of humor we loved in the original trilogy, but the new Fable game is set to bring it into the 2020s with style.
There are No Ghosts at the Grand

In this charming (and very musical) upcoming PC game, you'll be in charge of restoring an English hotel back to its glory days. However, there's a spooky twist. While you renovate during the day, you'll have to catch ghosts during the night. Uncover a supernatural plot as you not only restore the hotel but the entire village as well. There are No Ghosts at the Grand looks wholly unique and like the perfect blend of story-driven action paired with decorating and combat features.
At Fate's End

Calling all cozy gamers who need a good emotional crisis, the developers behind Spiritfarer (Thunder Lotus) have a new game in the works. Titled At Fate's End, this upcoming action adventure looks magical, stylish, and packed with action. Unlike their last outing, Thunder Lotus is taking a more combat-centred approach with At Fate's End. However, we're still intrigued! Hopefully, we will learn more details soon.
Zero Parades: For Dead Spies

Hankering for another gritty noir-style mystery RPG after having your psyche pushed to its limits in Disco Elysium? ZAUM's latest should scratch that itch. Riffing off the isometric likes of its predecessor, Zero Parades: For Dead Spies is a spy thriller set in a dystopian city. We'll be introduced to Hershel Wilk, aka Cascade, as she exposes the secrets throughout. We've only had a small glimpse of Zero Parades for now, but if our hands-off preview is anything to go by, it'll be well worth the wait.

We're getting a new adventure starring Lara Croft sometime in 2027 with the reveal of Tomb Raider: Catalyst. Set to bring us into the biggest platforming playground yet, with plenty of adventurous gear to play around with, we'll be venturing to Northern India following a mythical cataclysm.

Good news, everyone. We are getting a brand new Mega Man game sometime in 2027! Although we don't yet have an exact release date, we know the upcoming title, Mega Man: Dual Override, will follow a similar formula to previous entries. That means expect 2D action platforming and facing off against Dr Wily once again.
Exodus

Looking set to be a kind of Mass Effect spiritual successor, you'll step into the role of Jun Aslan on an interstellar mission to try and secure humanity's survival. With Time Dilation at play, your choices will shape your journey as you hunt for ancient secrets.

John Wick has given us some of the best action movies of all time, and now the iconic assassin is getting his own video game. Chad Stahelsk (the franchises' director) is directly involved with the project as well, which will be set in the John Wick timeline but feature an original story. I can't emphasise how excited I am for this one, and will be keeping track of all updates so stay tuned for more details!
4: Loop

4: Loop is a tactical cooperative shooter where teams of four are thrown into a hostile sci-fi world and tasked to save humanity by using the very technology that destroyed it in the first place. However, this is a roguelike, so expect to die..a lot. But the good news is that with each death, you'll unlock progression methods and hopefully get stronger each time as a result. It's a classic formula and looks very fun from the clips we've seen already. Hopefully, we get a release window soon.
Horizon Hunters Gathering

Horizon Forbidden West developer Guerrilla is bringing us a new co-op action game in Horizon Hunters Gathering. Set in the Horizon universe, you can play as a hunter who teams up to fight back against the dangerous machines that roam the lands. With several different classes to choose and powerups to play around with to tailor your playstyle, Hunters Gathering can be played with pals or solo with NPCs.
Star Wars: Fate of the Old Republic

Star Wars: Fate of the Old Republic is a new Star Wars RPG helmed by BioWare veteran, Casey Hudson. Said to be a spiritual successor to Knights of the Old Republic, it will follow a Force user in a galaxy on the edge of rebirth. Promising lots of player agency, "heart-pounding combat" and a story-driven experience, it looks like one game Star Wars fans will want to watch out for.
Divinity

Divinity is the next game coming to us from Baldur's Gate 3 and Divinity Original developer, Larian. With our first glimpse of the new project in a cinematic teaser during The Game Awards 2025, all we know is "The gods are silent. Rivellon bleeds. New powers stir". How curious. Promising to be the most ambitious game from the studio yet, we can't wait to learn more!
Total War: Warhammer 40,000

Total War: Warhammer 40,000 is taking turn-based strategy to a galactic levels in a new experience that's set in the Era Indomitus where endless wars rage. With a choice of different factions to lead - including the likes of Orcs, Space Marines, Astra Militarum, and Aldari - you'll be able to fight in real-time battles across the stars.
Forest 3

The makers behind The Forest and Sons of the Forest are set to bring us another survival experience in Forest 3. Revealed during the Game Awards 2025, the trailer off some very unfriendly-looking people in a swampy environment, along with some other monsters that well no doubt give us some trouble.
Good Boy

Good Boy is a new ecosystem-driven Metroidvania with adorable cozy vibes. Taking control of a little Laika Space Rover robot, you set out to capture and research alien creatures, complete quest objectives and start to form a bond with your new human friend as you explore and discover more about the world you find yourself, which is called Terra II.
Thick as Thieves

Thick as Thieves is an upcoming multiplayer PvPvE game that's coming our way from Deus Ex developer, Warren Spector. Promising to bring us a "new take" on stealth, you can hide, sneak, and steal in a metropolis full of opportunity. Set in the 1910's, no night will be the same as you try to complete missions and challenges in a stealthy fashion -- all the while contending with other players who are trying to do much the same thing.
Persona 4 Revival

Well, after years of wishing for it, Atlus has finally given the people what they want: a Persona 4 remake. Announced during the Xbox Games Showcase at Summer Game Fest 2025, we're going to be diving back into one of the best JRPG-infused murder mysteries around with Persona 4 Revival. From what we've seen so far, the story seems to remain largely untouched, and the turn-based party system is still in place. However, hopefully, we see some tweaks to the dungeons and enemy encounters in the future once a release date is announced. Stay tuned for updates!
ILL

Hands down the gnarliest game of Summer Game Fest 2025 ILL is an upcoming PC game that looks to be skin-crawling in the best possible way. From developer Team Cloud, gameplay is action-heavy with gunshots galore and multiple gruesome enemies to slay. In the trailer for the game, we saw mutant creatures with four mouths, blood splatters, and even some zombie babies. What more could a horror fan want? No release date has been revealed just yet, so stay tuned for updates.
Fractured Blooms

Described at Summer Game Fest 2025 as Doki Doki Literature Club meets Silent Hill, Fractured Blooms looks like a first-person farming simulator with a dark twist. Its reveal trailer jumped from growing tomatoes to walking down dark corridors and jumping at self-slamming doors, all while ominous narration talks about preparing dinner and… eating legs? At this point we know about as much as you do – which is still more than we'd like to – but perhaps this psychological horror will be best going into without spoiling too much.
Chrono Odyssey

Chrono Odyssey is a new action MMO RPG developed in Unreal Engine 5 that will bring us to a "seamless open-world setting" that's said to feature various biomes. With an action-based combat system to play around it, it will also allow us to use an artifact known as the "Chronotector" that lets us stop time around monsters or rewind.
Atomic Heart 2

Atomic Heart 2 is set to bring us back to the retrofuturisic universe of the first game in a sequel that looks set to build on what came before with a new story and an expansive open-world setting. In the action-adventure RPG, the follow-up is also said to feature an updated and enhanced combat system and more player freedom.
The Cube

Set in the same universe as Atomic Heart, The Cube is a new MMORPG shooter that sees you jump into a world with various biomes and lots of characters to meet. A mysterious levitating cube hands in the sky, and it's said that with each turn, it alters the laws of reality. With lots of enemies to face and boss battles to take on, The Cube challenges you to try and survive whatever is thrown out you each round.
Felt That: Boxing

It's odd to highlight the realism of some of the fuzziest puppets imaginable, but when you see Felt That: Boxing in action it really does just look like you're watching a recording of some actual pro puppeteering (it's made in Unreal). Putting you in the boxing gloves of Ezra 'Fuzz-E' Wright, "an unadoptable orphan", this mixes arcade action with comedic, crass storytelling to tell the tale of your rise up the ranks to master of the ring.
Killer Inn

What if Dead by Daylight had a baby with Cluedo? Meet Killer Inn, an upcoming multiplayer horror-mystery game from Square Enix where players have to deduce the culprit of an ongoing murder investigation – or do the killing themselves. You can set traps and find other means to survive against the hidden killer in this Among Us-like, but if solving crimes (or committing them) isn't quite your bag, escape is always an option. In a world of Wolves versus Lambs, it's kill or be killed – or die trying.
Ark 2

With Ark 2, Studio Wildcard is building on the success of Ark: Survival Evolved and delivering a massive sequel with heaps of potential. The campaign is set to star noted Ark superfan Vin Diesel, while the game itself will feature a larger play space, more dynamic world events and dinosaur AI, and overhauled progression and survival systems. With Ark 2 being built with Unreal Engine 5, this could be one of the best-looking games of 2024 and easily a new addition to our best dinosaur games list – now we're just waiting on a release date.
Elder Scrolls 6

Ah, Elder Scrolls, just when we think it's over, you pull us right back in. However, five years after the announcement it was in the works, fans are still to see the Elder Scrolls 6 release. Don't worry, though; this game is still on its way, and now that Starfield has launched, we know that Elder Scrolls 6 is next on Bethesda's schedule before they start working on other titles like Fallout 5. Currently, the most likely release date is 2026, despite the game initially targeting a 2024 release. So, hang in tight because there is still plenty of waiting ahead of us, it seems.
Fairgames

Fairgame$ - as it's officially styled - is a new heist game from Jade Raymond's new studio Haven. It's been born from the gang's desire to create a PvP game with emergent sandbox gameplay, where you'll be breaking into forbidden locations dotted all over the world. Prize open safes and vaults, fill your pockets, and even discover billionaire's hidden plans for secret stuff along the way.
Haunted Chocolatier

Following the unbelievable success of Stardew Valley, developer Eric 'ConcernedApe' Barone has the freedom to work on whatever he wants to. Which is one reason why Haunted Chocolatier has so easily captured our attention. In this upcoming RPG, we'll be taking on the role of a chocolate maker living in a fantasy castle, and we're already in love with it. Spooky settings, a cool visual style, and a smart iteration of the core Stardew systems make this one of the most highly anticipated new PC games out there - even if we have no idea when we could possibly be seeing it.
Marvel's Blade

A standout moment from The Game Awards 2023 was the announcement that the upcoming Marvel game, Marvel's Blade, is in development. The teaser trailer lets on very little, save that the iconic vampire hero of comic book legend is to make his long-awaited return to video games at some point in the next few years. Being made in tandem with Xbox, it's not expected to load outside the Xbox Series X or PC platforms. It's a bummer for Sony fans, but good news for us PC players keen to sink our teeth into a dynamic single-player experience.
Tides of Annihilation

Tides of Annihilation is an upcoming hack-and-slash fantasy adventure, set in the backdrop of London in ruins. You'll play as Gwendolyn, the city's last survivor, and must face off against mystical bosses and enemies. Thanks to Tides of Annihilation's unique setting and stunning visuals, it's grabbed a lot of attention following it's trailer release during the February 2025 PlayStation State of Play showcase. It promises to be a grand adventure with fun combat mechanics, however we are currently still pretty light on gameplay details. We'll update you as soon as we have more information.
She Dreams Elsewhere

Thalia has found herself trapped within her own mind, having to face off against her anxieties and nightmares if she wants to stand any chance of freeing herself from a coma. Looking like a cross between Undertale and Earthbound, She Dreams Elsewhere has its own twists on combat, where you can customize your party members using charms. Building Connections with your pals will also enable you to learn more about them (which sounds a bit like Persona to us). We're already entranced by the style of this one.
Stage Fright

Stage Fright is the new co-op game from Overcooked developers Ghost Town Games. Promises plenty of its own blend of chaos for you and a pal to experience together, this two-player adventure sees you have to try and solve escape rooms, overcome obstacles, and get to the bottom of an ancient mystery. With a charming arty style, this is definitely one to watch if you're looking for something to play with a buddy.
