UP witnesses 10 times increase in dengue cases in four years

LUCKNOW: Stating that the government alone cannot prevent dengue, senior health officials on Monday said that the number of dengue cases in the state has been on the rise.

Against barely 3,000 cases in 2018, the state saw 29,000 dengue cases in 2021. They urged people to follow prevention protocol in individual and social interest. They also said that the state has a network of high-end labs to test dengue.
