Lucknow, The Uttar Pradesh government has issued the 'Teachers' Guideline-2026' to help schools protect students from heat-related illnesses, directing teachers to spread awareness, identify heat stress symptoms, provide first aid, and implement school-level heat action plans to minimise the impact of heatwaves.

The Basic Education Department issued the 'Teachers' Guideline-2026 for Sensitising Students Towards Heat-related Illnesses'.
