A BJP leader’s brother is among those booked for attempted murder after a journalist received two bullet injuries in Uttar Pradesh’s Jaunpur, according to the Indian Express.

Devendra Khare, who claims to be a district correspondent of News One India, has alleged that he was earlier threatened to not report on an attack – on the national president of the Akhil Bhartiya Brahmin Samaj.
