Tina Malone is enjoying a new lease of life, following going under the knife for a £1,000 facelift - leaving the star looking drastically different.
The Shameless actress showed off the results of her recent cosmetic work on Wednesday, as she stepped out looking younger than her 59-years thanks to the effective facelift.
Tina - who lost 12 stone thanks to a gastric band in 2010 - wore her blonde hair in an updo, and sported a red lip, as she wheeled a suitcase down the street - with her skin looking noticeable smoother and tighter.
Speaking her facelift earlier this week, Tina told Closer Magazine: "I'm over the moon with how I look. My old face appeared sad and miserable now I look healthier, sexier and prettier than ever.
"The last few years have been tough and this has given me something to smile about.
"The last two years were rough in every way. I've attended 22 funerals and four of them were suicides. It was very traumatic.
"My little girl didn't cope well during lockdown and I felt flat and low. Paul lost his job in the military and my acting jobs dries up as soon as the pandemic hit we struggled with money."
Tina - who turns 60 next January - and Paul Chase, 39, share eight-year-old daughter, Flame together.
Following some rough patches in their marriage - even briefly splitting at one point in 2019 - the Celebrity Big Brother star admits that her recent facelift has helped reginited the passion in their relationship.
Paul and Tina tied the knot back in 2010 - beating the likes of Spencer from Big Brother to win their episode of Celebrity Four Weddings.
In preparation for her special day, Tina lost 11st 4lb (72 kg) in 16 months when she had a gastric band fitted in 2010, slimming down to a dress size 8 and weighing under nine stone.
The actress is no stranger to having other cosmetic procedures, going on to have an eye-life, boob job and surgery to tighten up her loose skin following the weight loss surgery.
Tina documented her journey going under the knife in TLC documentary, Tina Malone: My New Body, which aired in 2015.
"I decided to show it all because there are many people out there who lose weight and then are left with all this excess skin, many of whom can’t then get it removed on the NHS," the mum-of-two explained prior to the show premiering.
"You can get lung cancer after years of smoking and you will be treated, businessmen can get cirrhosis of the liver after too many brandies and they will be treated, so why not people who have lost weight?"
She added: "They are told to lose weight so they won’t be a drain on the NHS but to be left with excess skin can cause huge mental health issues."
Speaking regarding her latest transformotion earlier this week, Tina joked she's already considering her next procedure.
"The one thing I’d love is a bum," she told Closer magazine while laughing.
"I’ve got phenomenal boobs, a great stomach and great arms, but I’ve got a very long bottom. It’s barely there! I wouldn’t want one of those Kardashian- style bums, but I’d love more shape."
