When I first moved away from home to college, my biggest challenge wasn't the classes or adjusting to a new space, it was the laundry. More specifically, how to organize my laundry to make it easier to manage on top of a busy schedule.
I knew how to do laundry, lugging it down two flights of stairs to the laundry room every week meant I had to get creative. At first, this meant ditching half the laundry on my bed while I took the rest down in a bag. That is until I found divided laundry hampers – which I still use in my own home daily, years later.
