'Unique' Liverpool pub The Bridewell named CAMRA Pub of the Year 2022

A city centre ale house has been named Liverpool Pub of the Year.

The Bridewell, in Campbell Square, has been awarded the accolade by Liverpool and District CAMRA. The pub, which beat hundreds of others to win the title, was announced as the winner this week after months of deliberation by judges.

The Four Ashes, Lion Tavern, Liverpool Pigeon and The Roscoe Head were also highly commended and made it to the final five pubs. The Bridewell was confirmed as the Pub of the Year on March 13.
