PUNE: The Unique Land Parcel Identification Number for all old and new plots in the state might be rolled out by July 15, provided the testing phase gets over as per plan.
Settlement commissioner NK Sudhanshu has said the state was conducting test by attributing random digits to the existing land records to check if the numbers were generated once a new mutation was done. Nearly 3 crore existing land parcels, including 2.62 crore 7X12 extracts and 60 lakh city survey property cards, have been allotted random numbers in the testing phase.
