Trade union representatives at RTE held a “positive” meeting with the incoming director-general of the national broadcaster ahead of his first day in charge on Monday.
It comes as a minister warned that Government patience with RTE is running low and that the broadcaster’s new chief must make clear on day one that changes will happen.
