A singer has a warrant out for his arrest after he violated his bail conditions to walk the 2024 Country Music Awards' red carpet, as he was not invited to the award ceremony.

Austin Tanner, an aspiring singer from Alabama, traveled to Nashville with his wife, Skyla, on Nov. 20 to walk the red carpet across the street from where the award show was held at Bridgestone Arena, People reported.

Tanner was not invited to the ceremony, according to People, but shared his excitement about his "first CMA Awards" on Instagram.

"✨ First CMA Awards ✨ Last night was nothing short of magical as we walked the red carpet at the CMA Awards. This moment marked a dream come true!" Tanner captioned his post.

Days later, on Nov. 25, a motion was filed and approved to revoke Tanner's bond since he was not allowed to leave his home state without permission from the court, and an arrest warrant was issued the next day, People reported.

The 38-year-old singer was indicted in April on two counts of first-degree insurance fraud, theft of property and attempted theft and later released on a $20,000 bond. His deposition was scheduled for Nov. 21 but "abruptly rescheduled" the day of the CMA Awards.

The motion against Tanner is scheduled to be reviewed on Dec. 4.
