Unhappy mum told to pay £20 to get daughter's lost teddy back after family trip

A mum claims the owners of an apartment she and her family stayed in are refusing to send back her daughter's teddy bear unless she pays them £20.

Donna Nevill, 34, went on a family holiday to Slough using Onpoint Apartments based in Main Street in Kimberley. They left the apartment a day early, on Friday July 1, as they were unhappy with the condition of the accommodation.

But in the mad dash to leave, they didn't realise her daughter Summer had forgotten her beloved teddy bear. Summer, aged nine, is autistic and heavily reliant on the comforter, which she struggles to sleep without.
