Underpaid miners receive $500,000 backpay

Peabody Fair Work Ombudsman Fair Work

Peabody Energy Australia has signed an enforceable undertaking with the Fair Work Ombudsman after it back-paid more than $452,000, including superannuation and interest, to 24 Hunter workers.

The company rectified nearly $5 million to 197 underpaid workers across NSW and Queensland.
