Aston Villa manager Unai Emery has said that his players must stop ignoring his 'demands' and should be 'more clinical' after their shock loss to Stevenage in the FA Cup third-round.
Despite taking a 1-0 lead from Morgan Sanson after 33 minutes, a late spot-kick from Jamie Reid and a 90th-minute winner by Dean Campbell sent the Boro through to the fourth round where they'll play Stoke City.
But ahead of their match against Leeds United next weekend, Emery says that he can't use magic to help the players while they're on the pitch and that they must start listening to him.
