The Saturdays singer turned radio and TV presenter regularly posts her workouts and gym sessions online with fans, showcasing her progress.
And this week her Instagram fans went wild as the Tipperary native posed in a low cut black sports bra and v cut leggings in a photo, showcasing her toned stomach.

As the star captioned the picture with an emoji of a strong arm, fans and famous friends rushed to the comments section with compliments, with one gushing: “You could literally grate cheese on your abs. INSANE.”
The mother-of-two, 40, sported workout gear from popular trainer Courtney Black’s brand, Sofina Active.
Commenting on the snap, Courtney gave her seal of approval on the look, and said: "You look INCREDIBLE."
Irish influencer Grace Mongey AKA Facesbygrace also commented, saying: “You like unreal! So strong too.”
