UN weather body provides update on when El Nino will peak – and end

United Nations El Nino the World Meteorological Organisation Celeste Saulo WMO

El Nino will intensify before peaking in December and is nearly 100 per cent certain to last until February 2027, the World Meteorological Organisation says.

The forecast was outlined in its monthly Global Seasonal Climate Update on Thursday.
